Wow! What a pleasant experience under an unfortunate event.Front desk was professional and helpful. I actually saw two doctors who took the time to talk to me and even did follow up calls. They got me in for xrays and cat scan in record time. And helped me with sharing records, etc with an ortho person in Portland. Most pleasant experience I have had in a decade or more. I wish I could rate a 10.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for two years for walk in care. My favorite doctor I’ve ever seen ANYWHERE is Doctor Mark. He listens, cares, and gets to the bottom of things without overdoing it. He’s very calm and soothing. I’ve never been able to rattle him, even when I’m so anxious I’m sure I could rattle anyone else, and his demeanor always makes me feel better by the end of seeing him. He’s made for what he does. I also have to have ultrasounds for blood draws, so when I met their nurse Bella and she got my blood on the first try like it was no big deal, I was in shock. She always has a smile on her face and positive attitude, even when we met for the first time and she cheerfully told me she was sorry for the wait but she was the only medial staff today so please bear with her if it takes her a moment to get to me between tasks. She’s like a little sunshine nurse and has gotten my blood easily every time since. She also keeps you distracted and her personality takes away the anxiety I always feel in a clinic. She just makes having to go to the doctor and feeling miserable a little bit easier. I also changed my name years ago, and the way it shows up in healthcare systems sti

The PA-C had no bedside manner. She also spoke extremely fast throughout the entire physical exam. It genuinely felt cold and robotic. I can’t imagine a neurodivergent person with higher support needs (with even slower auditory processing) ever getting kind and compassionate treatment here, let alone a lower support needs neurodivergent person. I am a healthcare provider and can’t imagine treating my patients like this. I also never leave reviews, but this was just awful.

Saw Doctor Wei last week. Front desk receptionist was great as always. The young lady Rachel who worked for Doctor Wei is so sweet and made me feel comfortable while she did my bloodwork as well as the young man who did my Xrays, he was very funny. Very happy to have this clinic near me.

What a great group of professionals! First, Reception was so polite and professional, they actually cared! Then meeting with the Doctor, Wow! So nice and caring…. Truly! I can’t say enough good about the staff that helped me. I highly recommend this group and I am anti doctor. Thank You so much for your truly caring and for your professionalism’. Keith
